Default have i done right

up date had a letter from heinz today stating that they had investigated the glass contamination but they have been unable to say where it could have got into there product .
however they included a postal order for £10 as a good will gesture.

Good result. Sometimes the company is not at fault as the goods pass through so many hands before the customer gets to see the actual product. Had a guy over here years ago who tried it on with various companies, funnily enough he managed to eat all the product before discovering the fly, piece of steel, glass etc. Seemed all the alleged faulty products were fine ,excellent quality once plod called to his house.
