Locked in
ok picture the scene, i'd been up all night with the new baby, morning came and i was very tired when i drove the other kids to school, after dropping them off i noticed my son had left his bag in the back, so i climed in to get it and take it to him when the wind blew the door shut on me, hmmmm the child locks are on, so theres me climbing into the front seat to get out when i drop my keys which triggers the central locking and inturn sets off the alarm I thought had been disconnected , after doing a dive over the driver seat in what i can only discribe as something out of mission impossible i find my keys and press the button to unlock the doors and turn off the alarm, then i pop my head up to see a large crowd of mums watching me having a good old laugh. So i take the bag to my sons class and return to the truck, put the key in and turn it, the dash lights turn on and thats it, no engine turning, nothing, still half asleep i start swearing "i bet the f***ing key fob has broke and wont turn off the immobiliser, then i look down and to my embarrasment, the car is still in drive and not park so i put it in park turn the key, the engine starts and i set off on my merry way home but something doesn't seem right, the drive feels very sluggish, i put it down to just being tired, anyway i get home pull up onto my driveway and goto put the handbrake on only to find i hadn't release it in the first place never mind lets hope tomorrow is a better day.
