Default Terrano - the forgotten 4x4

As most of you that drive Terranos will know there is little in the way of accessories available, especially from Nissan.

Now Nissan have released a special tent designed for attaching to the back of a Nissan 4x4. It is available from dealers for the sum of £304.

It fits all Patrols, Pathfinders, X trails, Navaras, Cashcows and Muranos thats according to the press release from Nissan.

Should someone tell then they also produce Terranos/Mistrals? which they don't even mention.

Yeah that really annoys me  Nissan seems to have forgotten the Terrano every time it brings out an advertisement, what is going on there !!!!, Well Nissan I wont be swapping my T2 for anything else as I am well proud of her  and I am sure the tent would not fit in the rear with all my accessories and if I fell out of the tent I would have a long way down lol.

The story was in Planet 4x4 (sister mag to TOR) and only 1 small picture.

There are other types of 4x4 tent available:

I agree they are deffinately the forgoten 4x4 thats is what makes this site so important for owners, as if we want or need any accesories it is up to owners to make things happen!

a good example is Hummingbird with his body and suspension lifts ect.

remember there were no after market bolt ons for any vehicle to start with!

Not a good idea, in my opinion, I need and lve my pickup otherwise I would have a swb terrano or patrol plus points to both with little negatives.
