Default bloody thing

hi all
only had the t2 for 3 weeks, been back to garage 4 times already,
water leak - loose jubilee clip
oil leak - loose oil filter
power steering fluid leak - new pipe
air con leak - new pipe
now got to go back again, bigger job this time, had this horrible clunking, grinding noise, especially going round corners, took it in and they couldn't find it,thought i was going mad,so i went round there and drove the mechanic around until it did it,wasn't going to let him out until it did it,he reckons LSD knackered, seriously thinking of asking for my money back,my part ex still on forecourt, might ask for it back.

dunno if you would get it back, might be too late law-wise...hard to say. Certainly sounds liek they sold you a vehicle with more issues than it should have...good luck with it though mate, just dont let it start costing you more than its worth! Plenty out there...

Stef I've said it before, if its a trader/dealer you're ass is covered for six months for fault rectification. Check with Trading Standards. Might just be the oil is shot or even absent, the dealers rarely touch it, and you might find that an oil change fixes it...make sure they use the proper LSD oil though and not some generic crap they have hanging around in a barrel.

Let us know how it goes.

Sadly, having owned both, I reckon the pre-facelift truck is a lot more solidly built myself....but thats just my opinion (which means its true! LOL)
