question for the police (silly one)
ok i borrowed a trailer last night. but got pulled over by 2 nice coppers 1 male and 1 (gorgeous) female
my crimes no rear number plate two lights not working oh and my tyres look to be sticking out too much the nice gent said its all mounting up isnt it... but nicely stopped looking for more faults... i explained i had spare bulbs and the old number plate from the car in the boot... and i will fix the lights and no plate now they explained if i did those two things they would be happy with that and just advise me of my crimes... i asked if i could move on to sainsbury's where its lit up and not so many drunks wondering about... they were more than happy with that too so i think i got off lightly 20 mins to fix in near darkness but there is a lesson there........ always carry spare bulbs and anything else you might need to fix road side , it helps beleive me now on to my question. the pretty young p.c (yes the lady one) took my details ie name address etc....when she asked for my details, would i have got into trouble if id cheekily asked for her number. cos she was nice. and i dont know, she did smile a lot and was very friendly/chatty i dont know i dont get stopped much, but they normally stand like arms reach away from you "you know". she didnt, very comfortable and relaxed. bloody nice friendly policing if nothing else or would i have made things worse....? or am i just like a dog on heat |

you could ahve asked. its up to her how she reacts.
you'd not have a second thought about asking say, a barmaid or checkout girl. they are after all just doing a job. |
