O the crossing to the Isle of Man horrible yuck. My sister lives there and I hate that crossing at least its short. I wonder how long that went on for

that rings true, I had a shocking trip as a kid, mind had a stomach bug on way in
car had stopped 6 times before leaving city boundary, car didnt help wolsley 2200
very smooth, too smooth compared to what parents previously had.

think manx steam packet ships have flatter bottoms/keels to allow all tide access
to douglas harbour, gather same on scillies. better to fly unless taking car to IOM
atleast.

yes we have flown over
but we need the car to get about sister lives in peel.
on one crossing it was so bad we had to turn back which made it even worse.
Cruise ships must be a nightmare for the staff in rough sea.
