Default Help and tips needed on setting up a club in Bulgaria

Hi,I need HELP and tips etc,am thinking of setting up a Bulgarian Offroading Group B.O.G or Bulgarian Overland Gathering ? mostly with expats, give me some ideas, suggestions or head me in a direction on net maybe?
Most expats have a 4x4 here and in winter we get bored so i've put it to some about a club/group for 4x4 beginners to go greenlaning and the like and use it as a social gathering and from there some might get hooked and go extreme 8O but it's a start !
Also some of you guys might even visit for 4x4 hols instead of swimming pools and sand ??
Would i also need to set up a webpage?and how ?i dont want nothing fancy as i dont want to run a business from it,just a contact type site as Bulgaria is big !then again i shouldn't think small ,and i might need some income in the future as i'm living of my savings etc,
I have a Terrano and a GV 2000,Most expats use thier 4x4s everyday as everyday vehicles so would not want to go extreme as mentioned just leasurely green lane drives up mountains to lakes, forests, castles etc but i'm sure it would turn into a different animal once you get a taste for it ! 8)

Thanks guys....Wolf i'm nr the Greek/Turkish border between Harmanli and Svelingrad about 60 miles south of Yambol.
As for Sunny Beach it's OK i suppose for a cheap holiday but not my cup o tea, rather the real world if you know what i mean, and far to noisy and busy !! 8)
How can you help ?
