wayward computer
As said, gave it a drink of wine last night for the first time, then it started smoking, so gave up and pulled the plug, must of had a hang over cos it would not wake up this morning, tetchy things aren't they? so went and bought a later model, wonder if the same would work for wives, Rick

Old lappy dismantled, hard drive removed together with the 4gb memory, got caddy for drive so all important stuff reloaded onto new lappy no problem, keyboard better and nice anti glare screen, old comp was almost 3 years old and had had a new keyboard, so I was due a replacement, and am now happy I have one with a bigger screen, the foot print is a little big for my desk but I can manage, and because the cables come out in a better configuration I am less likely to snag one to pull my wine glass, Oh it is a Lenovo B50 by the way, Rick
