Default Year 3 in the BB house

Well that's me payed up for another year, where does the time go. Just off to change my engine oil....did I mention how easy it is to change the filter on the 3.0 engine

Ok Ok...but the 2.7 gives you the opportunity of removing the front wheel, and the inner rubber cover, to inspect for any corrosion at the same time lol....

Or if going from the top, gives you an opportunity to remove the lower engine cover and empty any spilt oil, and allow you to shear off the M6 bolts that hold the cover on.. My bolts are all stainless steel now and coated in waxoyl

Yes the 3 litre filter is much easier to change..

Yeah the oil change is easy, I bet the chain in your engine isn't though

I always like to go in from the top,as long as your arms are long enough to get a good feel. I'v tried doing in from the side but trying to get my arm round I always get cramp those fasteners on the rubber skirt are a pain as well,...........What?

Well nice fresh oil and new filter fitted, also had a crawl around under the car with my air line and blow gun, all nicely coated again .
I just used a mixture of old oil and diesel to coat the underside of the bodywork and inside the chassis.
