Default Nelson Lancs

Hi anyone near Nelson? I have a small plot of land fronting the L & L canal, it seems the next door neighbour has stolen part of my plot and is intending to have a fire of the hedge that they have cut down on my property, not really bothered about that as it will save me the hassle of keeping the growth down but the cheek of it, and of course it has long term implications, Rick

Manly winch bumper with 13000 lb winch
10 spike ground anchor, with multiple straps and blocks
Super strong body cills capped with scaffold pole
20% stronger springs all round
aggressive off road tyres on wheels so just swap.
Aim to get stuck and be completely self sufficient in extraction, love getting muddy, 2ft deep is good but rare.

Nah the bit I am looking at is on a public footpath 20 feet from the canal, but no worries, you enjoy your holls, Rick

I think you need to go onto site and take a set of digital pics with date and time settings. You may be sanguine about them doing the work on your hedge, but if all of this is without your permission, then it is trespass and criminal damage. They may also take the view that as you appear uncaring, they may like to park a nice caravan on your nice canal/riverside plot. You may want to tell local plod that you intend visiting the site, armed with a copy of your title deeds with map, to discuss said criminal damage.......plod will do precisely nothing, but you have covered your back. Boundary disputes are never easy to deal with. You must also take a witness who can film the whole episode on camera(phone)........good luck.....

nice idea mate but I am 250 miles away, and as the plot is not worth much at the mo, I really do not give a damn but in the future it could be worth a lot once redevelopment starts, I just need to be on the ball re others using it ie rent or some other agreement that does not jeopardize my ownership in the long term, Rick
