Trying to work out what the second picture is, it looks to be two controls or something.

Sussed it out, its not interior. Its the tow bar sockets and towbar so it'll be the old number plate lights.

Yes Jim that pic is of the No plate lights now they are LED's

moved the plate to rear door & put the tow sockets up there out of some of the muck
