Negative offset = free wheel spacers?
As the title suggests, am I right? The further negative offset you get is the same as getting wheel spacers?

JCS tyres in Nottingham did me wheels and tyres.his wheel didn't cost much at all.
I much prefer offset wheels than spacers. |
