Looking at possiblily selling my T2 as it has engine fault which I have no idea how to repair and a new engine is to much.

2004 silver t2 135k miles ish, fair condition used as workhorse, solid. No MOT

Engine runs but with a noise from the engine.

How much do you think I would get?

Your a mug if you do!!!!!! The 2.7's are solid, James or cncfabs will soon source you a new one and im sure someone on here will help you swap it out!!!!!

Is the engine light on?As said could be gearbox rattling(Common problem)More info needed.

Def engine issue.
No warning light
Happened because of the over run problem I had.
