stuck up people
They annoy me intensely, got a friend in facebook who keeps saying how good she is at equestrian events as she always is coming first in everything, I want to turn around and say, well, good for you ya stuck up cow, no one gives a Sh1t....then hit her with a torsion bar
She wrote: got 1st prize again today. Starting to become a habit of mine, can't complain as my horse is one of the best show horses. PERIOD Only one problem.... She is my boss And I'd the reason I can own and mod a terrano |

Aye, I'm involved with horses and have a reasonable upbringing and a horsey background but I'm not stuck up, asfter all, we are all put on the earth the same way.

Stop being so judgemental, it doesn't affect you how she talks or how talented she or her horse is. Put as much effort into doing something for yourself to be proud about, like passing your test and driving legally? Lol

Well, no you don't bud You may have to be civil to her and pass the time with her but you don't have to like her just because she pays you and I'm afraid by basing a character judgement on her accent you are being a bit, well, judgmental. If she's really a friend you shouldn't be posting something like that - we can all think ill of friends sometimes but there's a world of a difference between thinking it and actually telling your thoughts to other people. You've just posted that on a public forum, would you care if she saw what you'd written? If not then horse on bud ('scuse the pun), but otherwise just think about things a bit more before you do them... it will save you a lot of agro in the future, particularly when it involves lassies (speaking of which when's the next Zenka update?)
Being involved in farming and agricultural shows I know exactly how rotten an attitude some horsey folk can have, but as easy as it is to tar them with the same brush (and it is very easy) they're not all like that! To be honest if she's been winning all the shows then the evidence would seem to agree that her horse is something special. It's a bit big headed of her to post something like that but just let her enjoy her moment. I'm with Fez and JimE, put your efforts into something more worthwhile than moaning about folk, life's too short! Bugger me that turned into an essay |

Nothing wrong with people being doing well at something, bet she doesn't know her way round a vehicle like you do but I doubt she's moaning about it! Like I said it's a bit big headed of her to be posting something like that but at the end of the day she has been winning prizes which would tend to suggest that she is a good rider with a good horse so well done to her. Whats wrong with being a success? I would like to be thought of as a success some day! Tbh it sounds like your a bit jealous bud... |
