Default Door trim removal (05)

Hi guy's could do with a little info please, need to take off all the door trims on my 55 plate T2 to replace the speaker as i've blown the voice coils in the rears & the fronts are on their way out on the front doors I know there are screws around the out edge of the door trims & 2 screws by the inner door handle is there any more & do the trims just pop off like the old twin headlight models ? On the rear doors all I can find is 1 screw by the door handle is there any more & do they just pop off or does anything else have to be removed ?
Cheers in advance & i'll post up some pic's of the new speakers

The door trims are different on the later models plus all elec window switches are on the drivers door. The earlier ones I can get off in 2 mins

the switches will just be multi pin block connectors that you should just be able to pull out

I really can't see Nissan changing how the doors are attached, that won't want to slash out on un needed manufacturing costs
