A mate and I prepped an old Landy ambulance and 110 years ago to go overlanding but I went n got my girl pregant and he got married, so it never happened. One day I'll get away even if it's only Europe. |

was something on other day, unless was clearing an old sky+ recording with a
troll being preped for siberia and -70C, would have to leave engine running, engine was blanket'ed and had double glazing fitted.

There you go Ryan, as well as your insulation, you can now have double glazing.
Could be a challenge for electric windows though, I guess at those temperatures you wouldn't open them. 18 or so years ago, when I was doing research on the Mav/ Terrano, there was some publicity material where they took several Mav/Terranos to the arctic, or somewhere cold like that. They ran the engines overnight, and the only problem they had, was with the door handles, and they went brittle and cracked and broke. Not bad for a standard vehicle. Rustic
