Default Tipple of choice tonight IS................

Been a shit week one way and another so imagine my excitment when I had to go shopping 'cause her indoors car has gone BOOOOM
Instructed as I was to Aldi , things were not looking good.
ONE WHOLE FLIPPIN' POUND just to borrow the bloody trolley ffs Not pleased , no £1 coin
Baskets in hands I ventured in ............gordon bennet what fun
Eventually I found the only good thing in there , the booze dept
On careful man shopping examination I selected a couple of bottles of "Australia" shiraz , not an inspiring title agreed but on turning the bottle round I found the figure of fun I was looking for 14.5 %

So tonight is after all looking up

£3.99

Hope your fortunes improve, and Cheers!
Our local bottle shop is apparently about to stock an 18% red and isn't sure whether to leave in the wine or put in the port section! Will be seeing if they have some tomorrow night...

My wife limits herself to just one glass of wine a night.

The problem is....

The glasses have got bigger....

What is the point of these replaceable stoppers you can buy...
Put in a part empty bottle to save it for tomorrow...

Come on... be honest, who uses them?

I like the screw top bottles, not for being able to seal the bottle for tomorrow, but you don't have to mess with the Damn cork screw, it wastes so much wine time.

best regards,

Rustic
