This one certainly is, it appears to be a one-off, with the PT Cruiser body grafted onto an old American 4WD truck.

it is pug ugly but very usable i would imagine. dont know why but i like it

Now, when I saw this PT, I knew I had seen a truck that this looked like and if you Google the Volvo Sugga, I think you will see what I mean, well I think they look quite similar
