Spare Wheel

Now here's one for the experts.
The spare wheel on the rear door of my Terrano insists on making a noise when going over bumps .Also when you shut the rear door the wheel mounting shakes like mad.
Has anyone had this problem, if so how have you overcome it.

Yes had a very simliar problem.My wheel carrier had rotted through at the bottom which ment it kept knocking on the rear door.Replaced with one from a member on here replaced the mounting bolts aswell.

Same here rotted away at the bottom

I just removed mine
Ive seen a few that have been relocated
