Well i fit my new brake pads today, just look at the old one next to the new one

Pah, you're not trying hard enough
I'd have another 500 miles off them and then you get the best brakes just before the end
That's when the pads have totally gone and the back plate welds itself to the disc

If all 4 are the same, then there is nothing wrong with your calipers.
Check the thickness of your discs, I think the minimum is 26mm
