You can Google the backstory for yourselves but basically this senior Navy man got canned for making motivational 'on ops' videos for his crew (FOUR years after the event!)....have a look and see what you think, buggered if I can see why the Yanks are getting so wound up....

Worked loads with the yanks. More than once looked over the shoulder after hearing the standard phrase "jeez you guys" to see theyd f'd off
