rear window

the metal piece has come off the window so it wont heat up and clear can i glue it back or is there a special fix me glue

or something cheers guys.

That stuff won't work as its not for sticking. You may try and solder it back on as this is what I did to mine, bit tricky though as vertical surface.

You'll not solder it in this cold weather. Best chance to solder outside is in summer when it's proper warm. I'm pretty sure that others will be a long to say different. The trouble is the glass aint half a good heat sink not to mention the cool air. I managed to solder one many years ago but I don't think it's a long term fix.
