we had a 2.2 petrol, for a very short while, bought to sell, it had a nice spec but wasn't much of a car. Just didnt feel good, but it did look nice though.

As far as the looks go the LWB looked ok depending on the kit but the SWB is just especially in that horrid metallic green

I had a 2.5 tds lwb and to be fair it went well. It would leave my troll in its dust even with a tin tent behind it but it would only do 25mpg no matter how it was driven. Think i kept it for about 6 weeks lol then swapped it for a 4.2v8 rangie LSE money pit. Anyway i now have a proppa 4x4 my trusty Troll

frontera
load a bollox
had my frontera 2.4 petrol for 4 years, had an isuzu engine racked up nearly 60k on and off road - went every where a disco and a rangie went. not bad on petrol either. only needed a MAF and a heater matrix in four years good cheapish family hack - loved it would have bought another one but the later ones had VX engines and cam belts etc would recommend an early low miler to any one paulp |
