Nearly lost it
Well I nearly wiped another vehicle out today.....
Approaching a traffic island, traveling really slow because of the icy roads, sun out putting a nice sheen to the road surface.....no bull I was going really slow, other vehicles emerging from right and I am gently braking, my vehicle lost all traction and started sliding to wards the give way line...back end breaking away swinging right..... and straight for a vehicle that had just entered the island on my right ...it's at this point human nature has got to be ignored I just hit the gas accelerated immediately regained control and shot in front of the vehicle that was already on the traffic island.. I then acknowledged the irate driver sounding his horn at me. purely for info just in case your inexperience wants you to hold on to your brakes. |

stuck my T2 in someone's front garden Thursday night, driving along (in 2wd) minding my own business, next thing you know I'm going sideways. No traffic and nice big verges either side so I didn't even try to fight it. Straight up onto the verge, round in a circle, back on the road and away. Went back past in daylight and realised why the verge was so wide. Oops.
