I find it funny on facebook people saying "I can't beleive it's snowing" well it is technically winter. |

people are advised to prepare for the onset of much colder weather by taking the usual precautions, such as checking the heating, looking after elderly or vulnerable neighbours/relatives and preparing for journeys by taking a hot flask, shovel, extra clothes, food and drink where possible.
