Welcome aboard and a great choice of truck.
At a rough guess I'm wondering about Crank Shaft Position sensor but I've no time to dig any further at the minute. Try digging around other threads regarding that sensor. Full membership would give you access to the downloads section which if memory serves me theres a list of fault codes. Good luck |

Hiya
I had the same problem with my last Maverick except mine would stall when coming off the accelerator as it dropped to idle as well. No rhyme or reason to the fault some times it would happen a few times on a short trip and sometimes not. It started to drive me crazy and ended up having to adapt my driving style to compensate. Took it to a specialist who even had one with the same issue but to no avail. The same fault code too as yours but he said its so basic it didn't really help. Sorry that I can be of more help but you have my sympathy and I hope some clever bod on here will have an answer as it still bugs me I couldn't get to the bottom of it. If I find out anything of use I will post it. Good luck |

Hi and welcome. My guess is this'll be answered tonight
I would also suggest paying membership for access to all downloads, which will save you more than the membership fee time and time again |

Just thinking CPS normally gives problems when it gets warm until it is really failing.
There was also issues with number 1 injector as it has a Lift Sensor on it. Of course this would be the most expensive injector too. |

Hi and welcome, the codes you are giving are not listed except 22 and that says fuel pump open circuit, which I doubt applies, for my money I would disconnect the battery for at least half an hour, reconnect, run the car and see what if any codes come up, I have a complete list from 11 to 128 but not all apply to our T2's, Rick

Just a stab in the dark, but it might jig someone's memory, I thought someone had this in the past and it was something like an Idle switch on the throttle position sensor, or gear selector?

You have a point there Clive, I think it may help if we knew what pump she has as the two are completely different in this area, Rick

Hi,
Others know much more than me but how long have you had the Terrano, has the issue been there from when you brought it, do you know if the fuel, air filters have been changed and are clean? Also do you know if the truck has been run on veg oil? |
