Default Hi fellas

...and ladies of course

As usual people join a forum for advice etc and I was pointed here from a member of yours I met at the hospital in Newport.

He told me you guys could answer my question so here goes.

Will a Terrano fog lamp set fit a Ford Maverick?

Sorry for my first post being a question asking for help.

Thanks all

'right butt
Welcome and yes
Maverick and Terrano are exactly the same underneath the badges. There are a few cosmetic trim changes only. If you mean the drive light next to the headlight, they will fit but just in a slightly different position.

Hmm, drive lights, fog lights?? Are they different? The ones i've got are labelled up as Fog Lights.

Stop it
So I assume the fog lights you've got are the little round ones next to the headlamps If so then yes they'll fit.
If you put your truck model down on your signature then it'll save a lot of guessing
Are you into some offroading? Team Wales always have a welcome in the sheep hills

No mate not round ones, they're rectangular, marked up as Terrano II 2/93 onwards.

Basically selling a new set on some internet selling site somewhere and wanna be sure they're good for Maverick too.

Own a 4x4??? Bloody struggling to put fuel in a moped at the moment

Ignore him he's special needs.

He THINKS they are driving lights because thats what HE uses them for.

Having said that, so do I ....they don't blind anyone but provide excellent edge-to-edge visibility at night on unlit roads.

But if you have the MkII Maverick with a single round headlight each side plus the smaller fog next to it, then yes they fit. Both the Mav and the Terrano came out of the same spanish factory with just a few cosmetic differences to freak the punters. The Ford grille was different and the plastic surround for the headlights puts the fogs in a slightly different position but they are the same bits.
