Default Rick, swifty,Adz and partners

Just a quick note to let you know that the engine seems to be to good to believe, not a problem all the way home apart from a spitting noise which developed into a hiss which starts spitting around 2500 rpm and hisses around 2700 rpm and disappears at 3100 rpm under load.
Must be a turbo setting I guess, perhaps the waste gate as it doesnt affect power.
But I would like to thank Adz, rick, swifty and all their significant others for their help, patients and hard work.
What with me hands being semi useless and my knee shot there wasn't a lot I could do to help out but I did what I could.
Enjoy the wine and cider and I look forward to meeting up with you guys soon.
The firecracker sounds fun
Phil
P.s. Thanks to the members of the forum for their support also

Phew ! Glad it went in ok. Re. the noises, mine makes a similar set of sounds if I put my foot down, but I rarely go above 60 so it's not a problem.
