Default newbie needs some advice on squealing?

hello i am still new here and i was wondering if anyone can help me at all ,
i recently changed the front pads on my terrano2 27td and now i am getting a squealing noise now and again after i go over a bump or slow down turn a right corner it is coming from the drivers wheel like a brake squeal but sometimes getting louder but not when i brake when i have my foot of the brake ,
i purchased the pads and after fitting them discovered two small bolts which i think came with the pads but there doesnt seem to ba any bolts i did not fit ,
very puzzled nut would be great full if anyone can point me in the right direction many thanks paul

you dont normally get bolts or anything with new pads,
did you service the calipers and sliders when you changed the pads ?

i assume the pads matched the ones you took out ?

did you check condition of hoses and pipes ?

how is your fluid ? up to level ?
