yup , sally has been norty , refusing to start on lots of occasions today , its the starter motor , bluddie horrible noise when it spins and doesnt fire the engine , is the mistral starter motor the same as the terrano ? ( and is it cheap ? )

woah woah woah.....that CANT be right Pete. has to be same starter as the MK1 terrano, and so it should be less than £100.

lets have a study...going to do some research buddy...

Does this help the Mk 1 Tranno starter detail are

Make Hitachi
Type S13-106B
Max cranking amps 230-283
Cant find the Mistral details

If you can find the engine code I'll look if its the same as the Tranno but I would of thought so Sorry I can't find the Mistral on my autodata disc
