Default strange noise

hi , i love my car , but today its been making a strange noise , but only when turning left or going over bumpy ground , the noise is like a very tinny rattling and gets worse the sharper i turn or the bumpier the road , but on the straight or a even road its superb ... any ideas ?


confused in brighouse .

oh it seems to be coming from the off side rear wheel , but i could be wrong

Job takes less than an hour, Milner do them.

but the noise is coming from the rear of the car ... ive tried my best to shake the car , but cant get it to make a noise

Hi Pete, rattly drop links are not going to fall off, most important give your wheel nuts a check over, that is about all you can do, I thought you were in Norfolk today? I will be racing tomorrow at Smallfields, I should not worry too much about Sally we saw nothing that was about to fall off, but wheel nuts can come loose, give the rears a good looking at for streaky marks radiating from the studs, if there are none and the nuts feel tight with a brace, then enjoy your trip, if you get any problems you have my mobile No, Rick

thanks rick , the funny thing is the more i drive sally the more power she seems to have , and runs a lot better too , she really is a joy to drive now ( apart from the tinny rattle lol )

i will be in caister around 2 pm rick , you are welcome to join me for a few beers etc , plenty of room in the caravan to crash out too ..... good luck at small fields ..... i will be there untill wednesday
