Well after quite a while with the Nissan off the road (not off road) today I got it repaired and running well.
While its been immobile the tax has run out as has the insurance so it'll hopefully be the end of the month when I get it road legal again. Cant wait!

Anyway radiator replaced, thermostat housing replaced (cheers Ex4x4 ), viscous fan removed, aircon rad and pipework removed.

I've added an electric fan controlled by a thermostat in the top hose, how much quieter the car is now is unbelievable. I also got round to wiring in my spotlights properly and installed in the centre cubby hole another cb radio

Next job is probably to get a snorkel made and fitted, might get that done next week hopefully.
