PW 01/12/2024 off road
Well had a great day today, 5 mins after entering got a guy flagging me down, can I pull him off a tree, no problem ten mins later he is on his way, I still have my sandals on so pull off to a drier bit to sort my boots out but takes some time as need to do it entirely in the motor as too muddy outside, once done matey appears and askes if I can pull him out, I says OK, then he says back to the car park, I says ok but what is the problem, he sys no drive gearbox stuffed, turns out he has lost all his box oil, being auto he is going nowhere, 1.5 hours later we are in the car park, had to winch him back and then turn him round, and then I had to turn round, all takes time but an effing good day, after also recovering a guy with no brakes impounded on a tree, winch front and rear but rear winch stuffed, happy days, and my patrol still going strong, and also I noticed places that green ovals got stuck at I negotiated without problems, all is on good quality video, but lots of gb to upload it so probably will not happen, Rick
