End of the road on the 15th Sept 2021
Hi Folks my membership here ends this month - I have not owned a Nissan Terrano r3mR since 2013 so my days here are close to the end.
I did during my r3mR ownership find this site very helpful I joined in 2008 when the site was much more active - even when we bought our Jeeps WJ & WK there were a few fellow Jeep owners here who helped me sort out problems. I think back to the day when members here raised a fair bit of cash to help a member repair his Auto Terrano- that act gives a flavour of the characters that have present & past made up this site. I will of course miss the regulars here but as the site has not diversified as I hoped it might to cover other 4 x 4 brands this will probably be my last post. Then of course we have the likes of FB & U-Tube to contend with. I'm 73 now - I spend my spare time either Fishing or restoring my Honda CB400/4 Super Sport I am a pretty active member on the UK sohc website. My best wishes to the long standing members here it's been a privelege to know you all. My e-mail is macabethiele@gmail.com Cheers Ted |

Whilst I understand your reasoning, it is still a shame to see you go.
Look after yourself and good luck with the restoration. Cheers Colin. |

Ted we have not always seen eye to eye but I for one value your input, I offered to pay your sub in the past and offer it again, I think the long standing members on here are worth the effort and just hope that we can diversify, we accept that it is not just a 4x4 forum but a family that has a vast range of topics to comment on, so there has to be a way of keeping it going, I have learnt so much from members on here as well as contributed, we cannot just let it drop by the wayside, Rick

I'm sad to say I'll probably fall off the list next renewal too.
There's just not enough actual 4x4 modification going on for me. As for diversifying well hell yes, get it on. I notice alot of bullshit spam posts of late. Can they be banned? Good luck Ted 👍 makes me think of Father Ted 🤪 |
