Recovering
Well looks like I’m recovering at last. My last spell in hospital when I didn’t realise just how ill that I was really took it out of me. Anyway I’d forgotten just what it feels like to feel ok, today I discovered how great it feels to feel ok.
I’m still on a long road to recovery and have pain along with symptoms but I think I’ve turned that corner. Have been for a short walk, 100 yd’s yesterday and today butnwas tired when I got back home. Still not driving and don’t intend to drive until I’m feeling a lot stronger. Still got hospital appointments and regular CT scans, will be several years until I know for sure that I have beaten cancer but the aigns are looking good. It’s now time to start enjoying what life has to offer, it was a very close call a couple of weeks ago. |

Keep up the good work Jim, but don't rush it, it's very easy to set yourself back by trying to run before you can walk.
