People Say The Funniest Things
Today I was transporting some young people and band equipment. One of the youngsters said “I like this car sir”, oh why do you like it thinking Terranos are ace aren’t they “because it’s small and cute”
This settles it, I need bigger wheels, a body and suspension lift amd a snorkel with maybe a winch bumper thrown in for good measure |

Our response group were asked to attend a cub meeting one night, and tell them about what we do. We have several "service" guys in the group and one of them is also a cadet master, so put on a great tutorial for them showing all the kit we carry, and what it does. He also got hold of some out of date glow tubes as a fun thing to give them, so they had something fun to take outside into the dark car park to show them the cars up close.
There were 3 well togged up LR's and Suz's T2. The kids all levitated to Suz's car and loved it, playing with the lights and pretending to drive it. They all loved the fact the car had 2 gear sticks and the diagonal grab handles on the back doors... little things... The LR guys tried to get some of them to come over to their trucks, but after a few mins they were all back at Suz's car. They asked them why they all wanted to go in the Terrano, and basically they all liked that it looked the part, but was small enough for them to sit in and see out the windows, plus apparently the cream leather seats were much more comfortable. It seems to kids, size does matter, and small equals fun size. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk |

I’ll never tire of hearing the things youngsters say.
