bah humbug
could it get any worse??
mother wakes up sick, so doctor is got. while waiting im asked to get a few last minute items, no problem i say! (little did i know) get a few things and few i cant, no big deal i suppose on christmas eve lots do last minute shopping. so decide ill go get desiel before shops shut up, on way hit a rather large pot hole!!! nasty i thought, till i went round the round-about and my rear wheel passed me out as the arse of my T2 hit the ground and dragged me to the ditch. i managed to stop it before that but still sat on middle of round-about, with guess who behind me... local plod! are you ok? nasty shock? got it sorted? i mean some one able to come to your aid? ok merry christmas! i get out to check damage, wheel in ditch, all six studs snapped on rear passenger drum, rear bumper cracked and bent back, and mud flap hangin off. call my local commercial garage, ill be there in ten minutes ( very good considering he closed for christmas) 20 minutes later he arrives in van!! ill be back soon see can i get some nuts to get you off road... so off he goes... eventually gets back jacks up motor removes old stud ends and ponders for a couple minutes.... " i know some one sellin a T2 ill give em a bell see can i BORROW studs till after christmas get you back on road" so all in all 2 hours later im back on road and waiting on a new years bill! in mean time get phone call mums in hospital... and just make it for desiel too!! MERRY BLOODY CHRISTMAS
