This was our last Bigish Dog.
This is George he lived until he was 14 years and 10 months but his back legs went so we had to do the right thing for him. We have his Ashes at home with those of our previous Dogs. He is a Mongrel that I rescued and paid the woman £20 for his freedom. He was an unwanted accident - Dad was a Belgian Shepherd Mum was a Red Border Collie. He was almost pure Beige until he was 10 months old and then he started to sprout long hairs like a Porcupine. Two months later and he looked like a completely different dog. He used to let our cat sleep with him in his outside kennel where he lived and slept. He accepted our first Chihuahua as his little sister but she slept inside via the Cat Flap. When he was a Pup he used the Cat Flap but by about 4 months he could only just get his head in ! Happy memories. Meant to post this on the end of Monaro Pete's thread but made an error when I was using Photobucket. |

The first picture is George as a Pup.
Hard to believe that the Pup in the first picture would turn into the dog in the second picture.
