When I first saw this, I thought you were talking about the Terrano lol.
I'd need step ladders and oxygen to get in to that Patrol lol. Looks good, looks like it was always like that, some conversions look like after thoughts. Having said that... do those rear doors actually open, they look as though the wheel flares trap the doors ? Actually zooming in, it looks like the rear flares are split to allow the rear doors to open. What a great upgrade. Rustic
