The bloke got quite nasty and threatened legal action to recover his costs - that was a bit daft as he was unknowingly talking to a Solicitor ! It was pointed out that he could pay his 10% deposit on Paypal via his i-phone and then test drive the vehicle at the agreed price. If any undeclared faults were found then there was room for negotiation. He left without paying a deposit. Vehicle was sold at the re-listing for a slightly better price ! |
