Default Why me,( a rant )

As you know, I am doing a brake service this week end and had borrowed some axle stand from a friend. however looking at them I decided they were a bit flimsy only being 1 ton . So i decided to go buy some and noticed some in the Outerea catalog. This is a kind of mobile hard wear shop that travels around village to village selling all sorts of tat out of the back of an artic, a bit like a mobile wikinsons.
Any way ,this morning I set of to the next village where the truck was due to be at 9am . When I got there 5min to 9 there was a cue of about ten people (obvious bed wetters) so I got in the cue. It soon became apparent that member of the cue (a guy in his late 60s)was still,or already Pi**d.
He was a typicle show off drunk pointingout the flaws in every thing on display and generly being a T**t. Any way it gets to his turn in the cue and not only has he not filed in the little order form in the book as you supposed to, he cant even remember what it is that he wants!
So the van driver serves another three customers while he thumbs through the book, eventual finding the item he requires and signaling this to the driver, who is by now well and truly p***d off with him, along with all the cue ,which by this point has grown to about 30 people!
The driver quickly retrieves his item and takes his money after much fumbling in his purse, and sends him on his way staggering across the car park .
5 more minuets and I'm served and on my way, thoroughly frustrated that what should have taken 10 min's has taken nearly an hour.
Then to put the tin lid on it,two miles down the road I get stuck behind a VSP, Any one who has been to France will know these little cars ,they are only about 500cc and have a tops speed of 30 mph, but you don't need a licence to drive one. So they are predominantly used by people who cant pass a test or have lost there licence for drink driving.
And b****r me who's in the VSP ? it's the drunk from the cue !!!!
ONLY IN FRANCE

You just need to add a massive lift & huge tyres on your truck so you can drive over the top of those VSP's

I love France but what kind of system allows drunk drivers behind the wheel of any motorised vehicle, even 500cc, more than enough to kill FFS, who thought that law up, must have been pissed at the time, Rick
