Does anyone know the ratios???
Trying to find out the normal gear ratios of the axles for a terrano,
As makeitfit says they are obviously geared for a lot of road use. If anyone has the figures, I would appreciate |

presumably the petrols are fitted with lower ratio diffs which would be more suited for diesels with big tyres.

Reason I want them is so we know where a standard terrano gearing starts. |

Thankyou ray, I take it that was the latest ratio they made for the 2.7 as shown above too bud listed three ratios, that being the last
I take it from driving the different terranos (I have driven two of Ricks) the ratio difference mentioned above is minute as I could not feel a difference in power or gear lengths Basically what I am trying to do if find out what the standard gearing is, this giving me a mark of where to start and where to end up with say 35" or bigger tyres |

Some of the last Nissan UK marketing blurb for the Terrano also quoted the final drive ratio for the 2.7L as 4.375 and 3.900 for the 3.0L.
With the following gearbox ratios: 1st 3.580 2nd 2.077 3rd 1.360 4th 1.000 5th 0.811
