MPG
Mornin All
What sort of Mpg return should I be getting from my 2003 Terrano 2.7 LWB. Appreciating when pulling my 1250kg caravan I only get around 23 mpg.I have not done a proper run test without caravan,so would be interested to hear what other members are getting.I am certainly not a boy racer(although at 68 I am lasting well!!). And I do not go off road, unless of course I am pissed and I cannot see the road ahead. Thanks in advance Jon |

(sorry i am from a metric country.) 23mpg...36.8 kms divide by 1 Gallon is 4.54 litres. equals 8.1 kms per litre. before i modified my LWB 2.7 eti it would get around 12 litres per 100 kms. ...with out a trailer on and me driving like a touring car racer.... which works out to be 8.3 kms per litre. ...so yes you drive like a grandpa. |

Even in my TD when I first had it, used to record the mileage and it regularly achieved 30 , rarely more.
Mostly 28-30 mpg is about right, but exceed 65 and forget that. 70 starts to really kill the mpg.
