Mistral needs tlc
Hi, have been having a good rummage through the forum and have found lots of common problems that my car seems to be developing.
I seem to be gathering a list of 'things to do' . Being no use with a spanner myself I could really do with a good mechanic. So, recommendations greatly appreciated, I'm betweeen Bristol and Gloucester. |

Welcome these motors are not hard to work on so you should be able to do a lot of the repairs yourself & if you pay the £10 membership fee you'll be able to see the down load section which talks you through each step of the way on the common problems

Thanks for the welcome guys.
Looks like I need to get handy with the tools, however after snapping a bolt just removing the side steps I'm not overly confident. The rusty sills are the most urgent problem. Local garage wants to 'slap a plate over them' but I don't want them rotting again and would like a decent looking job as the truck is quite tidy despite being 18. |
