Don't mean to swear but I have just bought a freelander! and have problems already, Any body else want to own up if they have one aswell. Or recommend a good 4x4 website to join?

just for your amusement, I have just put a mot on my maverick, good for another year, mine looking a bit cosmetically tired now. cheers mate, lol. was going to sell the mav and bits and bobs, now will have to wait til I get the F****LANDER sorted.

Do you not mean whats right with it I sold my last Terrano & bought a Disco 2 bah worst mistake i've ever made as every weekend something else needed fixing & my mate who has a freelander is having to do the same keep telling him to get shot of it & get a jap motor

my mate has one bought it with blown head gasket which we fixed have since fixed every window, sunroof, replaced the gearbox, abs sensors, hill decent control thing oh new clutch exhaust erm lots of other bits but my fingers tired now lol

Just shows you the power of branding when in spite of all the horror stories of buying a Discovery / Freelander /Range Rover a.k.a. a big Money-Pit you go ahead and buy one.
