Default cd to mp3

my daughter had loads of cds for xmas and I have just had katy b new cd.
how do I turn them in to mp3 files to put on my phone or other gadgets?

Probably the easiest, most user friendly way is to use iTunes. It's a free download and works well.

Haha yeah you busted me - I love my Macbook Pro but apart from ipod that's the only Apple stuff I own (if you don't count the 3 Mac pros, the iMac and the Mac Mini)

windows media player should be able to rip them to pc mp3 format

I use Aimersoft DRM Media Converter, it's a free download and pretty well converts anything to anything!

I use I tunes but have used windows media player in the past.
Rip the cd in windows then find the file in music and drag and drop that onto the phones sd card.
Or something like that
