How did you wire the wiring through? Have you gone through the roof?

at first I made a loom that connected all the lights but they were as bright as candles
so I had to split them onto 2 sets of three.

the two cables fit snugly down the side of the windscreen which I still have to cable tie on. and into the engine bay fuse box. and a 30 amp relay and a posh little light up switch
next job boost gauge and turbo tweek
god I love my truck

Have you put some gasket foam material, between the metal work and the roof, as it should first of all seal water out from the edges of the Riv nuts, and also help to prevent the metalwork from scratching the paint work, which could cause the area to rust.

Re the cables, what you could have done was run the cables into the tube lighting bar, then drilled holes in the roof, fitted grommets, and sealed it with the foam gasket.
The holes for the cables would have been hidden by the metal base plates of the lighting bar. Result, no external wires, no leaks..

I just put a load of silicone around the rivnuts. put lots around the edges as there was quite a gap.
and I prefer the cables accessable for maintainance and repairs.
keep it simple
