Hiya buddy, I have a sun visor, its really called a moon visor and it comes with 5 amber lights which are simply wired into your side lights. Its made for the American Nissan Pathfinder 1987-1995 and you can buy it from www.4x4parts.com and its a real head turner. Its easy enough fitted but you do have to drill 4 holes in your roof so make sure you have plenty of silicone at hand.
https://www.4x4parts.com/catalog/pro...roducts_id=728 hope that some help. |

hi blue bull, does it need modding to fit t2. presume lights are usa marker layout 3 to middle and 1 each side.
do you think it would be strong enough to handle 2 to 4 small spot lights being fastened to it. have been wondering about a low profile roof light install so can still access local multistorey car park.

Hi rbrt, not too sure about the spotlights, the visor is made out of heavy duty fiberglass so might be ok to hold them but just wondering would the aerodynamics be effected by them. If you want I could get some pics of my visor up close and email them to you and you could have a think about it. Maybe instead of the marker lights you could replace them with the smaller spotlights as they have holes already drilled. I did not need to modify it any way as it bolted straight on with no problems, but do make sure you get an extra pair of hands to help, as I really struggled on my own holding the visor and drill at the same time. The visor also comes with full fitting instructions which are easy to follow and then you can color match to your truck, I just painted mine matt black which looks good with the amber lights at night.
I have forgotten what multi storey car parks are lol my T2 is just a little to tall for them now. : Hope that helps a little |

Father in law has one on his terrano, think its from a mitsubishi shogun, had to fabricate the end brackets out of 3mm ally so it would fit onto the pillars but the line across the roof is spot on, i'll try and find a piccie, the tpe he has would take some spotlights, my brother in law has done exactly that on his L200, see what piccies I can find and will pop them up
