Clunking sound from rear
A member put this problem onto the forum a couple of weeks ago, but I cannot find the advice he was given
He was told to Grease Up the area, and after doing so the noise disappeared Can anyone remember this problem if so where do I grease.to stop this knocking noise. The noise comes if I stand on tow all and jump up and down. |

Noise to rear
This is a very none tech person trying to explain the noise!!!!
At the rear of the vehicle is what looks like a Yolk. At the end of this yolk on both sides there is a rod of about 8 inches which in turn attaches to the main frame. When pushing the vehicle up and down this is where the noise comes from. This Yolk is just below the Differential Box. Hope this helps with a possible diagnosis on |

Sounds like you are describing the rear anti_roll bar joints that need replacing.
A picture would help. Rustic

Some members have even removed them for better rear articulation. Just in case, wait for confirmation from another member, that we are talking about the right parts. Rustic
