I don't have any suggestions, however the local Premier Inn is fully booked, and the nearest offer from the PI website is Bicester at £250! I think you are going to struggle locally.
Looks like it's a popular event.

Well we are booked in at this lovely B&B http://www.littleoaksfarm.co.uk/ which is around 9miles South of the circuit. £70 a night for both of us. Working farm too MOOOOO

Any more tips on going to a race track for the weekend? We have got grandstand seats @Becketts corner for the Sunday. For Fri&Sat I'm thinking of taking some fold up seats although we can grab a seat in the grandstands on a first come first serve basis I would like to see a bit more of the track.

Don't know what to do about food? Hoping I won't need much if Mrs farmers wife does a good brekkie

go camping or caravaning ,
its a good weekend and if you stop on site there`s lots of entertainment,
last time we went we had a great weekend,
be warned it can be a noisy night unless you camp in the family part

Tents are out. I'd do it in a caravan though. The site looks great with everything going on. I had a look at the glamping tents to hire on site. I can't see what is glam about any of it except the price. £250 +£45 for 3 days site fee.
I must have sent 50 emails to b&b's in the area. All but 1 were full and she can't confirm till Thursday but she said 95% certain it will be ok. Really nice farm too.
One nice b&b lady told me to look on www.trackrooms.co.uk plenty of b&b's on their but also if your house is local to the track and have a spare room then you can cash in for Silverstone events. One place I enquired about wanted £280 for 2 nights b&b. 20mins walk to the circuit.
